Sales Negotiator x 2


We are looking for two enthusiastic and confident individuals to complement our team at our Shefford Office.

These varied roles mean no two days are the same and you will be responsible for arranging and conducting property viewings, generating and booking valuations, managing an applicant base of potential buyers, negotiating offers, as well as progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

The successful candidate should have a genuine passion for property, be enthusiastic and pride themselves in building relationships with potential sellers and buyers as well as delivering great customer service along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must. Experience in a similar role would be preferred although full training would be provided to the right candidate. We are looking to recruit two positions:

Sales Negotiator: Mon – Friday 08:30 - 6pm *

Sales Negotiator: Mon, Thurs and Fri 8:30-6pm and every other weekend (Saturday 9- 4pm and Sunday 10-3pm).
